Charlie is a transfer-student from the UK who has been what many call an overseas idol for multiple years before applying to Gushiken. She garnered a large following as an indie idol, but felt that her improvement had become stagnant and decided to turn to the professional side of the industry to continue growing as a performer. She's a bit of a mischievous girl with a boisterous personality, transferring well into her stage presence. Her ongoing gimmick as a half angel and half devil makes her stand out from many other soloists, incorporating both her signing and costumes to switch on stage. She's become a very well known idol in just her first year in Japan and is considered formidable competition in the idol-realm.

Charlie often expresses disdain for returning home, being outright bullied during her junior high years, and plans to become a citizen once she meets requirements. She feels most at home in Gushiken due to their diverse student body and has re-discovered her love of idols! Charlie also has a love for insects of all kinds and greatly enjoys scouring her new home for different species of bugs that are unseen in the UK. She has made an abundance of new friends both through Gushiken and her quirky hobby, which she otherwise had difficulties doing at her previous school.
