Tsukasa comes from a long line of musicians and performers, which he has also joined as an idol! He's found relatively easy success with his familiar family name and good looks, but to his peers he's mostly known as a hard and skilled worker. Although, he has managed to acquire a similar disposition to his cousin and can be seen as an intimidating rival in the idol industry. Tsukasa is yet another student who was scouted to Gushiken, already being rather well known by the end of junior high. He has a usually serious or calm demeanor with most but he eventually warms up to people in time, those lucky enough find that he actually has a good sense of humor and isn't quite as cold as he seems. Tsukasa is the cousin of Hitomu, member of Nautiance, as well as the ex-student council president and Gushiken alumni Momo Fukui. Due to Momo's reputation, both him and Hitomu are viewed with disdain despite not sharing many qualities with Momo.

Tsukasa is sometimes referred to as Luna's "keeper", tending to be the one to reign in whatever obnoxious scheme he's up to. Though not officially the leader of Eclipse, he's usually the one keeping track of an organizing everything. He complains about headaches frequently due to his unit member's antics, mostly Isaku and Luna, which come on suddenly and have rendered him incapacitated more times than he's willing to admit.
